Since its establishement in 1992, Sunshine(Tianjin)Produce ltd has been steadily evolving its business into one of China's finest food manufacturers and could produce High-Quality food ingredients for baking and snack industries. Sunshine products include Pumpkin Seed/Kernels, Sunflower Seed/Kernels, Pinenut Kernels, other Pulses, Dried Fruits and Nuts. In its 23,000 square meter factory, Sunshine integrates the high technology with its accredited services and products. The accredited quality of shipment from Sunshine is backed up by to the investment in high technology and state-of-the-art facilities. Sunshine performs its daily operation in accordance to ISO22000: 2005 and is also accredited by British Retail Consortium (BRC) "High Level". It controls and manages quality from every step in the production from raw materials collection to finished product delivery. It keeps good traceability in the documentation to support the quality liability. With an increasing awareness of and concern for ecological environmental issues, Sunshine started its organic projects in 1998 (according to EU regulation No. 2092/91 and USDA/NOP-Final Rule). Sunshine covers the whole route from farmers to consumers with bulk products(10-850KG) as well as retail packages(30-2000g). The aim of the organic projects is not only to get certified premium quality organic products, but also to benefit the farmers' life greatly. In order to provide better service to our clients, we established our office in Hamburg, Germany in 2002, through which we are in constant communication with our clients so as to assure full customer satisfaction. Sunshine's Philosophy is of "Specialty, Safety and Reliability" to supply customers "Health, Quality and Delicious" products. Sunshine transforms raw agricultural materials into high quality food ingredients with modern Hi-Tech processing and cleaning machines. The highlighted facilities include Electronic Color Sorters, Infra-red Scanner, Laser Scanner, Digital Metal Detector, Gravity Separator, De-stoner, X-ray Machine and Nitrogen Infused Auto-packaging line. Physically cleaned products are not enough for the "Ready-to-Eat" customers anymore. Low Microorganism Level is critical to food industry. Therefore, Sunshine has solved this problem by washing and heat-treating the products. With Sunshine's auto washing system as well as temperature and time controlled heater, Sunshine can offer various levels of heat-treated products for customer's different specs. Sunshine has two on-site labs to support their daily production. One is chemical lab in which FFA, POV, moisture, ash level, etc are tested. The other one is microbiological lab in which all pathogens for raw materials and other aspects such as TPC, Mould/Yeast, EB, Coliform, etc for heat treated products or snack products are tested. Sunshine's 2,000+ square meters warehouse is temperature controlled between 4 to 10 centigrade and humidity less than 65%, which enable the product remain at its freshest capability until further processed.
